1. Who we are

Vantare Simracing Suite ("Vantare", "the app") is Windows software that shows overlays (widgets) on top of racing simulators. It is developed and offered by:

2. What you accept

By installing or using Vantare, or buying a plan, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

To buy, you must be an adult or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must be at least 14 to create an account.

3. Who sells to you: Polar (Merchant of Record)

Payments are handled by Polar Software, Inc. (3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA), acting as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of Vantare. This means:

• You buy from Polar: Polar charges you, emails your receipt or invoice, calculates and remits VAT or other taxes based on your billing address, and handles payments and disputes with your bank.
• When you pay you also accept Polar's Buyer Terms. Where they conflict with your non-waivable EU consumer rights, your rights prevail.
• Your right to use the app is granted by Vantare under these terms (license, section 4).
• Polar provides a customer portal to view orders, download receipts and cancel subscriptions. You sign in with your purchase email and a one-time code.

4. License

4.1. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable only in the cases of section 11, to install and use Vantare on your computers for personal use, including streaming or recording videos (also commercially, e.g. monetizing a channel) that show the overlays.

4.2. Paid plans are tied to your account. The license allows one active computer at a time; to activate another, release the previous one first. This rule is stated on the website. The computer is identified by a hashed value derived from the device; see the Privacy Policy.

4.3. You may not: resell, rent, sublicense or share your account or license; decompile, modify or circumvent license protection (except as allowed by law); remove ownership notices; use the app for anything unlawful.

4.4. Vantare, its code, designs, widgets, icons and brand belong to its owner. Layouts and settings you create are yours.

4.5. Third-party open-source components are governed by their own licenses, shipped with the app.

5. Plans

Current prices and plan contents are on vantare.app and at checkout. All prices include VAT (Polar calculates the final amount for your country). The Microsoft Store version has the same price, licence and guarantee; if the Store does not allow payment through Polar inside the app, it is distributed free with an external purchase link to Polar.

We only sell features that exist in the version available on the day of purchase, except as provided for the Launch Edition in section 8. Features announced as upcoming are not part of your purchase until released.

Simulators: Vantare works with the simulators listed on the website for each widget. At launch the focus is Le Mans Ultimate; iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa EVO are added progressively VERIFY exact list on publication day. Check the compatibility table before buying.

6. Free trial, renewal and cancellation (Pro)

6.1. 7-day trial. Polar asks for a payment method when the trial starts but does not charge you until it ends. Polar emails you a reminder before it ends. If you cancel before the end, you are not charged. One trial per person.

6.2. Automatic renewal. If you do not cancel, you are charged when the trial ends and the subscription renews automatically every month or year at the current price until you cancel.

6.3. Cancel anytime. Cancel from Polar's customer portal (link in your receipt) or by writing to us. No minimum term. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period already paid and are not charged again. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period (except under section 7).

6.4. Price changes. If we change the price of a plan you already have, we will email you at least 1 month in advance. The new price applies only from the first renewal after that notice, and you can cancel beforehand at no cost.

7. 14-day refund and right of withdrawal

7.1. 14-day guarantee. You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the first charge of your purchase of a paid plan (Pro or Launch Edition), without giving reasons. It does not cover Pro renewals. This guarantee does not reduce your statutory right of withdrawal (section 7.2). 7.2. Right of withdrawal (EU). EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The law allows this right to be lost for digital content if you expressly consent to immediate performance; Vantare does not ask you to: our 14-day guarantee applies even if you have already used the app. You can withdraw with a clear statement by email to vantareappsoporte@gmail.com or using the form in the Annex.

7.3. Effect of a refund. When the refund is issued the paid license is removed and the account returns to Free. For subscriptions, renewal is also cancelled. For the Launch Edition, removal takes effect the next time the app connects; from the refund onwards you are no longer entitled to use paid features.

7.4. Refunds are processed by Polar to the original payment method and may take several days to appear, depending on your bank.

8. Launch Edition

8.1. One-time payment of €30 (VAT included). On sale until 12 November 2026 at 23:59, Madrid time. It will not be sold again.

8.2. Includes: the Pro features of the stable version of 2026-11-12, plus later content announced as included in the Launch Edition, and a perpetual license that works offline, with access to stable and testers builds.

8.3. Does not include: new features released after that version, except content announced as included (they appear locked in testers builds), new modules (you may buy them separately if offered), or Pro Plus.

8.4. Does include: fixes for serious bugs in the included features, including adapting an included widget when a simulator changes its telemetry, and the updates needed to keep what you bought working as described, as required by law.

8.5. "Perpetual" means no expiry and no fee. It does not commit us to compatibility with future simulator versions beyond what the law requires, nor to keep online services the license does not need. Full text: Launch Edition.

9. Acceptable use and simulator compatibility

9.1. Vantare reads the telemetry simulators expose to external programs (shared memory and public or local APIs) and shows its own windows over the game. It does not modify game files or inject code into the game VERIFY per simulator with engineering.

9.2. Even so, we cannot guarantee that a simulator, its anti-cheat, a league or a race organizer will allow it. You are responsible for following the rules of the game, the platform and your competitions. If an anti-cheat or rule prevents its use, stop using it in that session. We are not liable for third-party sanctions unless caused by our fault.

9.3. Do not use Vantare to gain advantages forbidden by competition rules, to harass, impersonate or harm others, or to attack or overload our services.

10. Third-party trademarks and simulators

iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO and other game, team, track or manufacturer names are trademarks of their respective owners. Vantare is an independent product, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. They are used only to describe compatibility. You need your own legal copy of each simulator.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove the license for serious breach of these terms (e.g. sharing or reselling the license, circumventing its protection) or payment fraud. If you open a chargeback with your bank, the license is suspended for the duration of the dispute and restored if the dispute is resolved in your favour. A refund removes the license under section 7.3. Except for fraud or urgent risk, we will notify you first and you can respond. You can stop using Vantare and ask us to delete your account at any time.

12. Availability, updates and legal guarantee

12.1. Vantare is provided as described on the website and in the app on the day of purchase. We work to make it run well, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that it runs on every computer. Some data may not exist in every simulator.

12.2. We publish stable and test builds. Testers and nightly builds are test versions and may contain bugs.

12.3. Your statutory rights are unaffected. As a consumer you have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007): if the app does not conform to its description, you can ask us to bring it into conformity and, if that is not possible, a price reduction or termination with a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

12.4. Some features need online services (sign-in, license, calendar). They may pause for maintenance or provider outages.

13. Liability

13.1. We are liable as the law provides for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for personal injury, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited.

13.2. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. lost race positions, sponsorship or streaming income), and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Vantare in the 12 months before the event.

13.3. This section does not limit your consumer rights (section 12.3).

13.4. Back up important layouts and settings; they are stored on your computer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms (e.g. for legal or product changes). If a change is material and affects you, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect; for the Launch Edition, changes do not reduce what you already bought.

15. Governing law and complaints

15.1. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

15.2. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence.

15.3. Before filing a complaint, write to vantareappsoporte@gmail.com: our target response time is 24 business hours. You can also contact consumer authorities or consumer arbitration boards. VERIFY: the EU ODR platform closed in July 2025; do not link it.

15.4. For payment matters (charges, receipts, chargebacks), Polar is the seller and you can also contact Polar (support@polar.sh). Please write to us before opening a chargeback; we can almost always resolve it first.
